Northville Residential Subdivision
The outlying Northville Township is a developing suburban landscape complete with residential neighborhoods, large open spaces, natural areas, walking trails, parks, municipal and school properties and two unique - and vacant - facilities: the former Scott Correctional Facility and the former Northville State Psychiatric Hospital.

Nearby Maybury State Park encompasses almost 1,000 acres of gently rolling terrain, open meadow, mature forest, a variety of wildlife and abundant wildflowers.

Over two miles of Wayne County’s regional Hines Parkway traverse the township. Hines Park includes picnic areas, hilly terrain, access to the Rouge River and a rich history tied to Henry Ford and the automobile.

Northville Township is primarily a residential community with the bulk of development occurring after 1970. Many of our subdivisions are located near natural areas, ponds, play equipment, and walking trails.  The police and fire headquarters are located within the parks, and all of the schools have play areas and athletic facilities. Other township amenities include hiking trails, an Arnold Palmer golf course, and an historic barn.

From undeveloped natural areas to large multi-use athletic facilities, Northville Township is the right setting for your production. Please contact us to help you determine the best fit for your specific needs. The Township is committed to keeping the process as simple as possible. From obtaining necessary approvals, to coordinating last minute arrangements, we will make every effort to make your production experience is a success.
